• Jan-Apr: $545/night for 3+ nights (2-nights at $650/night)

• Sep: $1090/night for 3+ nights (2-nights approved on occasion at $1290/night)
• Oct-Dec: $890/night for 3+ nights (2-nights approved on occasion at $990/night)
• Nov: $750/night for 3+ nights (2 nights at $950/night)
Rates do not include:
• Cleaning fee: $425 2-3 nights / $550 4+ nights
• Refundable Security Deposit: $600
• State of Michigan “Use Tax”: 6%
• Lakeside Log Cabin: $990/wk or $135/night
• Pontoon Boating Package: $1490/wk ($290 for the first day, $200 for each additional day).
Includes 24ft pontoon boat, orientation lesson, 10gal fuel, 7 kayaks (5 adult, 2 child), & 6'x17' floating “Lily Pad”.
