3,700 sq ft of finished living space with knotty pine planking on every wall and every ceiling throughout the house - with one exception:  The ceiling of the Gathering-Game Room has special sound-deadening materials to help acoustically isolate it from the 2nd floor BRs above it.

7 BRs and 7.5 BAs - with one wheelchair friendly BR-BA suite on the ground floor, and one wheelchair friendly BR-BA suite on the walkout level.  A Stannah chairlift connects the main floor with the walkout level, and a transport wheelchair is on hand for Guests.

All 7 BRs have very comfy Queen beds with thick memory foam toppers;  3 BRs also have Twin Bunkbeds.

The BAs in the two wheelchair friendly BR-BA suites each have 3x5 roll-in showers, robust grab bars at the commode, and knee room 36" counter/sink.  Bonus for parents of toddlers: These large 3x5 roll-in showers make a great spot for Pack-N-Plays at night!

The open concept Kitchen-Dining space features a dining table that when its two leaves are inserted can seat up to 16 (extra chairs provided).  With barstools at the Bar-Buffet Counter and the adjacent sofa seating in the Great Room, 26 people may be seated at one time for meals.

The seating area in the Great Room adjacent to the open dining & kitchen area has two sofas and a loveseat.

At 550 sq ft the main floor Gathering-Game Room has a 10-foot ceiling and features a slate top pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, 12-foot HD projection TV w/ a home theatre system, full-size fridge, 5 sofas, and 2 Bistro tables with bar stools.

The Gathering-Game Room has a custom sound deadening ceiling to acoustically separate it from the two BR-BA suites above it.  This extra thick ceiling utilizes double layers of drywall affixed to special sound-absorbing fittings. Under the drywall is sound absorbing fiberglass insulation.

All 7 BRs have insulated walls to help keep out noise for a better night's sleep.

The TV Room on the Walk-Out Level facing Stone Lake has 2 full-size sofas and a 75" Smart TV.

The main level Covered Deck measures 430 sq ft and has outstanding views of Stone Lake - just 25 feet away. The 36' x 12' deck has a privacy wall at the one end where there is a neighboring house that makes the deck very private.  The deck also features "see-thru" stainless steel cable deck railing to enhance teh view of the lake. 

The property is equipped with Comcast Xfinity's fastest available "Extreme" cable Internet service combined with a custom Wifi Mesh network with multiple Access Points that results in strong Wifi signals throughout the house, deck, BBQ grill area and even the firepit.  

A huge 25' x 35' playscape for the little ones is set among the shade trees on the south side of the house with adjacent seating for adults.

A basketball hoop - easily adjustable from 10' down to 7' without tools so also great for the little ones - is right at the driveway.

12 bikes - a mix of adult and kid's sizes - for Guests to enjoy on the trails in our private 47 acres of woods and along the quiet streets of the Village of Cassopolis.

A private 24-foot Pontoon Boating Pkg is an optional upgrade. The pontoon boating package includes a 24ft pontoon boat, orientation session, fuel, 7 kayaks (5 adult, 2 child), 4 corcls, & a 6'x17' floating "Lily Pad.".

There is off-street parking right at the house to accommodate 7-8 vehicles, with space for more if some are blocked in.

A covered Firepit with ample seating overlooks beautiful Stone Lake — it features a high-performance USA-made “low smoke” Breeo fire pit, metal gazebo and comfortable seating.

A sloped hard-surface path from the walkout level concrete patio leads to the firepit, and continues to the lakeside 12' x 12' deck and on to the boat dock/  With assistance a wheelchair user may traverse this path all the way to the Pontoon Boat.
