Blue Spruce Lodge Pricing Guide

The below rates are approximates as it’s not practical to list every possible rate combination for every day of the year. For an exact quote, please submit an inquiry. Please note that holidays & special events may carry added pricing. For gatherings that do not include young children, the minimum age requirement for all adults is age 28. All-guy groups may carry a minimum age requirement and/or larger refundable security deposit.

• Jan-Apr: $1,300/night for 3+ nights (2 nights at $1,500/night)

• Oct + Dec: $1,500/night for 3+ nights (2 nights approved on occasion at $1,800/night)

• May + Sep: $1,800/night for 3+ nights (2 nights approved on occasion at $2,100/night)

• Nov: $1,300/night for 3+ nights (2-nights at $1,500/night)

• Jun-Aug: $24,950/wk (Sun-Sun reservations only. Early June & late August discounted.)

Rates do not include:

• Cleaning fee: $540 2-3 nights / $690 4+ nights

• Refundable Security Deposit: $1000

• State of Michigan “Use Tax”: 6%

• Pontoon Boating Package: $1690/wk ($340 for the first day, $225 for each additional day).

Includes 25ft pontoon boat, orientation lesson, 10gal fuel, 9 kayaks (7 adult, 2 child), & 6'x17' floating “Lily Pad”.
