• Jan-Apr: $490/night for 3+ nights (2-nights at $550/night)

• Jun-Aug: $13,995/wk (Sat-Sat reservations required. Early June & late August discounted.)
• Sept: $890/night for 3+ nights (2-nights approved on occasion at $1090/night)
• Oct + Dec: $790/night for 3+ nights (2-nights approved on occasion at $890/night)
• Nov: $525/night for 3+ nights (2-nights at $590/night)
Rates do not include:
• Cleaning fee: $375 2-3 nights / $450 4+ nights
• Refundable Security Deposit: $600
• State of Michigan “Use Tax”: 6%
• Pontoon Boating Package: $1490/wk ($290 for the first day, $200 for each additional day).
