• Jan-Apr: $850/night for 3+ nights (2 nights at $1,200/night)

• May + Sept: $1,090/night for 3+ nights (2 nights approved on occasion at $1,290/night)

• Oct + Dec: $990/night for 3+ nights (2 nights approved on occasion at $1190/night)

• Nov: $850/night for 3+ nights (2 nights at $1,500/night)

• Jun-Aug: $16,995/wk (Sat-Sat reservations required. Early June & late August discounted.)

Rates do not include:

• Cleaning fee: $425 2-3 nights / $550 4+ nights

• Refundable Security Deposit: $600

• State of Michigan “Use Tax”: 6%

• Pontoon Boating Package: $1490/wk ($290 for the first day, $200 for each additional day).

Includes 24ft pontoon boat, orientation lesson, fuel, 7 kayaks (5 adult, 2 child), 4 corcls, & 6'x17' floating “Lily Pad”.
