• Jan-Apr: $1,300/night for 3+ nights (2 nights at $1,500/night)

• Oct + Dec: $1,500/night for 3+ nights (2 nights approved on occasion at $1,800/night)

• May + Sep: $1,800/night for 3+ nights (2 nights approved on occasion at $2,100/night)

• Nov: $1,300/night for 3+ nights (2-nights at $1,500/night)

• Jun-Aug: $24,950/wk (Sun-Sun reservations only. Early June & late August discounted.)

Rates do not include:

• Cleaning fee: $540 2-3 nights / $690 4+ nights

• Refundable Security Deposit: $1000

• State of Michigan “Use Tax”: 6%

• Pontoon Boating Package: $1690/wk ($340 for the first day, $225 for each additional day).

Includes 25ft pontoon boat, orientation lesson, fuel, 11 kayaks (7 adult 1-person, 2 adult 2-person, 2 child), 4 corcls, & 6'x17' floating “Lily Pad”.
